Graduation from Advanced Leadership Program (ALP)
Congratulations to Paweł Żuk and Bren Mark Felisilda on graduation from the Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) organised by the Centre of Leadership, Poland.
Under the ALP 2023, the PD2PI Fellows were provided with the unique, world-class learning experience tailored to help participants to become proven leaders of strategic projects or change initiatives. The complete program started in February 2023 and finished in July 2023. It included carefully prepared theoretical and practical curricula. The practical part encompassed three residential sessions. The first one (March 19-25th) was focused on the study of group dynamics in social systems. From there to the end of the program, fellows were obliged to solve weekly home assignments related to readings and experiences from the residential session. The second (April 20-21st) and the third (May 25-26th) residential sessions focused on the detailed problems impeding group performance, like functionality problem diagnosis and conflict management. The program commenced with graduation (on the 1st of July 2023), which is pictured on the attached photos.
