Management of Scientific Team- Competence Development Workshop

Under the comprehensive PD2PI training program, the PD2PI fellows took part in the Management of Scientific Team- Competence Development Workshop that was held from May 31st to June 1st, 2023. The workshop aimed to enhance the overall performance and collaboration within the scientific teams by focusing on various aspects of team management. By addressing key aspects such as communication, meeting organization, task management, feedback provision, motivation, delegation, and conflict resolution, the workshop enhanced teams performance and fostered a positive and productive work environment.  It also empowered PD2PI Fellows with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage in the future their own scientific teams more effectively.
